Common SharePod Questions

Why am I not getting audio?

When connecting to the SharePod from a Windows® or Mac® laptop, sometimes your computer will not auto-select the correct sound driver. Open your system properties and select "MirrorOp" as an output driver in the sound preferences.

Why is my resolution downscaling?

Some computers will automatically adjust their output video resolution when an HDMI cable is detected, to match the resolution of the connected display. This can be manually changed in the system properties of your computer.

Why is my SharePod flashing red, quickly?

While pairing the SharePod to the wePresent, there should be a slow, steady red flashing light. If your SharePod is flashing red quickly, this means there was an error in the pairing process. Simply restart the pairing process.
